Heather's brings an authentically personal & supportive approach to wellness. With her own journey marked by resilience & self-discovery she channels her unique skills as an intuitive reiki healer, meditation instructor & wellness coach to help others find balance & healing.
Her work extends beyond traditional reiki combining her natural clairvoyant & clairaudient abilities with years of experience in social work field working in mental health, addiction counselling where she supported individuals facing crisis, homelessness, trauma & addiction.
Heather's path was profoundly impacted by her own struggles with chronic illness (lyme disease), a long term parasitic infection, the challenge of postpartum depression & recovery from an eating disorder called Arfid. She turned to reiki during a difficult period in 2013, finding it transformative for her healing & ultimately deciding to guide others in discovering the same light within themselves.
This empathy based approach allows Heather to guide her clients through challenges with both professional insight & personal understanding, creating a space built on trust & meaningful connection.
Her recently rebranded wellness business, Soaring (formally Reiki with Heather Conlin), reflects her dedication to helping others "reveal the joy & light within." This new direction was inspired by her belief in the power of genuine connections, nature, personal growth & creativity. Heather values time with her family & friends, photography & supporting her community where she strives to be a positive motivating presence in her clients' healing journeys.
